Our organization
In July of 2005, City Super Ocean Export (CSOE) was started as a “joint venture” between Ocean Export Inc. and City Super Limited (CSL) www.citysuperlimited.com, solidifying a long term trade relationship. CSL is an upscale chain of supermarket/department stores in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and Mainland China. CSL was founded in 1996 and is widely regarded as one of the premier international high end grocery and gift retailers in Asia.

What We Ship
CSOE is CSL’s purchasing, warehousing and logistics arm in the U.S. CSOE weekly airships CSL produce, cheese, yogurt, deli meat, frozen meals, smoothies, etc.

Convenient Shipping Location
Weekly CSOE also ships CSL dry containers filled with everything from soda, snacks to organic foods, to greeting cards, kitchenware and novelties.
CSOE’s office space and warehouse are located in Richmond, California, not far from the Port of Oakland. CSOE consolidates and loads dry containers on site. Perishable products are shipped through a third party logistics company with locations in Los Angeles and South San Francisco. Strict controls are maintained in both locations.

Products
CSOE purchases products from over 350 U.S. vendors. Shelf stable products are consolidated in CSOE’s warehouse in Richmond, California, where they are piece counted and checked for damages prior to overseas shipping. Dry containers are loaded at our premises and taken directly to the Port of Oakland, California which is about 20 minutes away.
